Just being just being a part of TAFE, there’s more exposure to networking systems out there. You know, the regional conference right now that’s happening there, networking with 18 different counties in the state of Texas, and it’s in a virtual format, but they’re already, you know, talking to and sending text back and forth and really corresponding with teacher leaders from around the state, you know, and the southern region. And it’s great to see that they’re already doing that and taking on that leadership role, and they’re having that experience so they can speak to that experience when they go into an interview. You know, so it’s they’re just continuing to gain that and they have that growth mindset.
